Denise finds Jerry in Dr. Satan's operating chair, but she escapes from the underground horror and craziness. Once she's free, she wanders onto the road and sees a moving car. Denise thinks she's safe and that Captain Spaulding is going to drive her to a doctor.

However Otis is hiding in the backseat, and the very last scene is Denise in Dr. Satan's operating chair.
