Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What are the Fockers eating for dinner, that makes Greg's son sick?

Answer: Lasagna

Henry does not want to eat his dinner, and subsequently vomits when Greg insists that he does.
2. Why is Greg and Pam's daughter not talking to Greg?

Answer: Because he called Jack cuckoo.

For the majority of the movie Samantha does not talk to her father because he called her grandfather, Jack Byrne, cuckoo and the twins love their grandfather.
3. A theme throughout the movie is that Greg is to become the patriach of the family, once Jack has passed away some day. What does Jack call Greg, when first discussing this with him?

Answer: The God Focker

Jack does like to relate things to himself in a very high maintenance way, due to his prior career in the CIA. Referring to Greg as the God Focker and his other son-in-law as the Bob Father is a humorous aside in this film. What family better to relate Jack's family to than the "God Father" movies?
(What happened to Denny, who was Jack's son mentioned in the first movie and never to be seen again? He should be next in line to carry on the family tradition.)
4. What are the names of Greg and Pam's children?

Answer: Henry and Samantha

The children are fraternal twins, even though they are obviously at different growth spurts. Jack decides his taller, more mature granddaughter has received a healthy dose of 'Byrne' whilst Henry has received more than his share of 'Focker'.
5. What horror movie is parodied in the ball-pit at the Focker children's 5th birthday party?

Answer: Jaws

This is one of the more amusing scenes, including the 'Jaws' movie theme playing in the background. Jack covers himself in the balls and Greg can't see him. We, the viewer, then watch as the balls undulate around Greg, as Jack changes position unseen, building the scene as if a shark were truly in the pit with Greg and his life is in danger.

The 'Jaws' theme helps build this dramatic tension. It would have been impossible, however, for an aging Jack to move at the speed that is portrayed in the ball pit, considering his heart condition.
6. What is the name of the drug that Andi Garcia wants Greg to assist in marketing?

Answer: Sustengo

This 'cheesy' name, as Pam refers to it, when lying in bed discussing it with Greg, is in reference to a form of Viagra. Jack takes a pill knowingly, seeing that it is OK for heart patients, and Greg then has to administer an injection as an antidote. Greg's son Henry busts them in the process.
7. What is the name of the TV show Roz now stars in?

Answer: The Roz Focker Show

Roz believes Bernie is going through Men-O-Pause, as Bernie is in Spain learning the Flamenco when we first see Roz on air. Here we see the show's title as 'The Roz Focker Show'. Roz's show, of course, discusses sex therapy and Greg gets annoyed each time his mom mentions his past as an example on her show.
8. What is the hard to get into school that Pam wants the children to attend?

Answer: The Early Human School

The 'Early Human School' is a parody of a new age, posh school, pointing at parents trying to get their children into high-performing learning environments. A nice celebrity cameo of Laura Dern is included - she plays Prudence, the school's administrator.
9. What is the concern at the end of the movie, for Pam and Greg?

Answer: The parents are all moving nearby.

The two sets of parents, Greg and Pam are all sitting, drinking from mugs around the Christmas tree. They all then discuss moving in close to Pam and Greg's new house.
10. What Christmas present do Bernie and Roz give to Jack?

Answer: Yarmulke

They clipped Jack's hair and had his DNA tested without his knowledge, finding out he was part Jewish. This pleases Roz and Bernie greatly as they are also Jewish. The yarmulke is a skull cap worn by Orthodox Jews, filling the requirement of the Talmud that the head is to be covered at all times.
