2001 war movie about the attack of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. It starred Ben Affleck, Kate Beckinsale, and Josh Hartnett. Childhood friends Rafe and Danny join the Army Air Corps as pilots and meet Evelyn, a Navy nurse. Rafe falls in love and soon is involved with Evelyn. Rafe volunteers to go fight in Britain and Evelyn and Danny are sent to Pearl Harbor.

While Rafe is fighting in Europe, he is shot down and presumed dead. After he is declared dead, Danny and Evelyn become involved and she becomes pregnant. Rafe is in fact not dead, he shows up to find that Danny and Evelyn are together. Rafe and Danny volunteer for the Doolittle raid where only Rafe returns and he and Evelyn marry and he raises Danny's child as his own.

A great movie made in 1999 starring Tom Hanks as a prison guard and Michael Clarke Duncan as one of the inmates. It was adapted from Stephen King's novel of the same name. The story is about the lives of the guards at a death row prison, before the execution of a black man accused of murdering and raping two young girls. Through interaction the prison guards discover that he also has mysterious healing powers.

Classic 1971 movie starring Barbara Striesand and George Segal. Streisand plays Doris, a somewhat uneducated woman and part-time prostitute who irritates a fellow tenant, Felix, played by Segal. Annoyed with her antics, he turns her into the superintendent of the apartment complex. An argument ensues and both get thrown out. The happy ending is that they eventually fall in love.

The 1992 suspense thriller, starring Rebecca DeMornay as Mrs Mott and Peyton Flanders. Petyon's husband, Dr. Mott, is a well respected gynecologist who is accused of sexually molesting some of his patients. One of the accusers is Claire Bartel. Other patients come forward with the accusations. Dr. Mott is stripped of his license and on the verge of going to prison.

In desperation, he commits suicide. As a result of his suicide, Peyton suffers a miscarriage. Penniless and out of work, she finds a job as nanny for the Bartel family.

She blames her problems on Claire, her new employer and she plans to get her revenge.
