Inigo Montoya (Mandy Patinkin) says this several times throughout the film, most notably at the end, when he finally kills Count Rugen (Christopher Guest). Count Rugen was responsible for the death of Inigo's father 20 years earlier, and Inigo has been seeking revenge ever since.

Colonel Sandurz points out that the ship has never gone that fast before, and Dark Helmet taunts him with this line.
