A side effect of using the bones of Godzilla is that when Godzilla roared, the DNA in Kiryu would cause it to be able to control itself. In essence, Kiryu would become a sentient being that could not be controlled by humans, and it destroyed Japan until its power ran out.

Orga was a space ship until it absorbed Godzilla's DNA and became a huge monster with tremendous regenerating powers. Orga scanned Godzilla and realized he had a distinct cell in his body that would allow him to transform into a stronger monster and regenerate much quicker.

In "Godzilla 2000", this cell was known as "Regenerator G 1". Orga attempts to absorb Godzilla by swallowing him whole, and in the process, started to look more like Godzilla.

Anguirus is Godzilla's friend. This is stated in "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla". Anguirus fights evil along side Godzilla in the earlier movies. This is stated when a character drives by and says, "Godzilla is fighting Anguirus, I thought they were friends?" Its treads make it very maneuverable but it is very weak. Kiryu is a robot created from the bones of Godzilla to defend Japan against Godzilla.
