Manahan was the name of the man Anna Anderson married in 1979. Kschessinka was one of Nicholas's mistresses, she believed Anna was Anastasia, she even said that she had the emperor's eyes and his look. According to DNA analysis, Anna Anderson was Schanzkowska, a Polish factory worker who disappeared right before Anna Anderson surfaced. Anderson died in 1984 and was cremated, her ashes were scattered in the cemetery of Castle Seeon in Germany owned by relatives of the Romanovs.
