The first WWE superstar that we see at the very beginning of the movie is The Big Red Monster Kane, who is returning to WWE City after losing a match. He bumps into The Miz, who is out jogging. The Miz comments on Kane's last match, and Kane throws him into the huge WWE City sign.

After Kane leaves, the Ghost Bear attacks The Miz, by hitting him. The Miz climbs up the huge WWE City sign, and the Ghost Bear swipes at the sign with its claws, knocking The Miz down, and putting him in traction.

Scooby-Doo gets a perfect score on a WWE video game dance contest, thereby winning a trip to Wrestlemania.

Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo pack food, but don't pack any of the gang's clothes. Of course, Shaggy states the obvious, that the gang wears the same thing all of time anyway!

Answer: John Cena

On the way to WWE City, Freddie swerves the Mystery Machine into a ditch, trying to avoid a raccoon. WWE trainer Cookie and his nephew Rueben are driving in a pick-up truck, alongside multi-time WWE World Heavyweight champion John Cena, who is out jogging.

To the delight of WWE fan boys Shaggy and Scooby-Doo and (especially) Daphne, John Cena lifts the Mystery Machine out of the ditch and gives the gang tickets to the live show.

Answer: Scooby-Doo

Scooby-Doo is hypnotized by flashing lights during his sleep. Using the same moves that he used to win the video game's victory dance contest, he's able to get past the high-tech security protecting the WWE Title Belt. He is caught on video, though he has no recollection of what happened.

Velma and Rueben deduce that Scooby-Doo was indeed given a post hypnotic suggestion that causes him to steal the WWE World Heavyweight Title Belt by comparing footage from Shaggy's game and footage of Scooby-Doo stealing the belt.

At first, WWE executive Ms. Richards (voiced by Mary McCormack) insists on sending Scooby-Doo, and Shaggy (since it was his video game) to jail, but WWE Chairman and CEO, Mr. Vince McMahon, allows Shaggy and Scooby-Doo to compete in the ring at Wrestlemania to win their freedom.

However, there's only one opponent for Shaggy and Scooby-Doo to face, "The Big Red Monster" KANE!

Answer: AJ Lee

The WWE's resident crazy chick AJ Lee volunteers to help train Shaggy and Scooby-Doo for their Wrestlemania match against Kane. Scooby and Shaggy are at first elated about being trained by the beautiful diva, thinking that she'll go easy on them, but AJ proves to be just as tough as any of her male colleagues.

Scooby and Shaggy join the gang and John Cena to investigate the Ghost Bear's lair (and to get away from AJ Lee). They find books on hypnotism, schematics for an electro-magnetic pulse device and a calender with the date for Wrestlemania circled on it, suggesting that the device will be used to destroy Wrestlemania.

Unfortunately, the Ghost Bear catches up to the gang and the evidence is destroyed, so Shaggy and Scooby-Doo still have to face Kane.

Answer: The Big Show

The Big Show is featured in "Scooby-Doo Wrestlemania Mystery", though he does not have a speaking role. Others in the movie who don't have speaking roles are Sin Cara, Alberto Del Rio, Cameron, Naomi and WWE Hall Of Famers, Sgt. Slaughter, "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart and Jerry "The King" Lawler.

Answer: Skinny Man and Dead Meat

Shaggy is obviously called Skinny Man and Scooby-Doo is called Dead Meat. Obviously no one expects them to survive, going up against Kane. They do manage to put on a good show and, in the end, they manage to defeat the Ghost Bear and earn Kane's respect.

Answer: Computers

Rueben is an expert with computers and his uncle Cookie is proud of that. He tries to encourage Rueben to pursue a future in computer programming, but Rueben's dream is to be a WWE Superstar. However, his uncle Cookie refuses to train him, due to his past injury and his hidden bitterness towards the WWE.

Answer: Bone Bender

Despite his uncle Cookie's unwillingness to train him to become a WWE superstar, Rueben trains with WWE superstars such as Triple H and Santino Marella. He even manages to order a suit, complete with bones, off of the internet.

The voice of Rueben was provided by Bumper Robinson, whose TV credits include "The Parkers", "Amen", "Living Single" and who was also featured as a young Jackie Jackson in the ABC TV miniseries "The Jacksons: An American Dream".

Answer: Cookie

Cookie is bitter because he used to be a WWE Superstar, but never became a champion, due to being injured. So he devises the plan to use the EMP device in order to knock out the electricity during Wrestlemania, thereby throwing the entire event into chaos. He also implants hypnotic suggestions into Shaggy's WWE video game in order to use the winner (Scooby-Doo) as a pawn to take the fall for stealing the WWE Title belt.

Cookie has the real belt on him, while the fake belt (made of iron) contains the EMP device. Cookie is going to take the title belt and live off of its jewels.

Cookie's response, of course, is the classic Scooby-Doo defeated villian line,
"And I would've gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids"!

The voice of Cookie is provided by actor Charles S. Dutton, who was featured in movies such as "Surviving The Game", "Gothika", "Menace II Society", "10,000 Black Men Named George" and is best known for the title role on the 90's Fox TV series "ROC".
