Marilyn Monroe never did get an offical name in the film. Her own name was mentioned as a joke line, near the end of the movie, by Tom Ewell. "The blonde in the kitchen? Maybe it's Marilyn Monroe!"

Answer: Brady and Company

It was mentioned early on that Mr. Sherman worked for Brady and Company. They published cheap, 25 cent pocket edition books you could find at any dime store. Old Mr. Brady was the owner but Richard Sherman was really the brains of the company, according to the film.
