Darcy and Dex say it when are making their plans and invite Rachel along. They also mention it when they pick up Rachel and she gets into the car. Other characters also talk about it. The house they stay in in right along the beach, where we do see them on multiple occasions throughout the movie.

After Rachel's birthday party Dex returns, looking for Darcy's purse. Then he and Rachel end up going to a bar and drinking more. This leads them to going back to Rachel's apartment, where Dex ends up spending the night and they wake up in bed together.

When the group is picking up Rachel for their first trip to the Hamptons, Darcy has invited Dex's friend Marcus in an effort to get him and Rachel together. Rachel later makes Darcy believe that they do sleep together, by telling her a description of his private parts.

After Darcy's bachelorette party, when she and Rachel are at Rachel's apartment, Dex calls wanting to talk to Rachel. Rachel tells Darcy that Ethan is on the phone. That leads Darcy to think that she is having an affair with Ethan. Darcy later spills this as a secret during their game of badminton on the beach, even though she is mistaken.

We find this out at the ending of the movie. When Rachel returns from her visit with Ethan in London, Dex is waiting at her apartment. He tells her that he called off the wedding. While Dex is in her apartment, Darcy shows up and tells Rachel that she called off the wedding, but also says that Dex said it first.

She says that she was thinking the same thing. After this is when we find out that Darcy is pregnant.

While Rachel and Darcy are talking in Rachel's apartment, Darcy tells Rachel about her having an affair with Marcus and that she took a test and is pregnant with his baby.

After Darcy and Dex call off their wedding they both end up at Rachel's apartment. Dex overhears Darcy admit to cheating on him with Marcus and she is is now pregnant with Marcus' baby. Darcy gets mad and tells Rachel that he never wants to speak to her again.

The scene then ends and we see a line that says 'Two Months Later' and we see Rachel and Darcy seeing each other on the sidewalk. After they leave each other, we see Rachel answer her cell phone and then walk around the corner where Dex is waiting for her.

Then they walk off holding hands.

About halfway through the ending credits we see the city of London and then Ethan talking to friends on the sidewalk. Within a couple of seconds we hear someone calling Ethan and then we see that it is Darcy. Ethan ignores her and walks off, but Darcy is seen chasing him down the sidewalk.
