Answer: On the right side of the door, 2 people outdoors

Looking at the door we see it on the left, but as Graham is coming out of his bedroom when you notice this picture it is actually on the right hand side.

Answer: brushing his teeth

After getting out of bed he goes into the bathroom to brush his teeth and hears Bo's screams. You see his image through the open bathroom door, toothbrush in his hand and in his mouth. Merrill is startled out of his own sleep when he hears her and falls out of his bed.

All this dialogue occurs at the end as Graham sees all of the signs. When he realizes that, as Ray Reddy said, it was all meant to be. Bo was supposed to intuitively suspicious of water, Merrill was supposed to be denied his chance at a baseball career, Colleen was supposed to be on the road the night Ray fell asleep driving, and Morgan was supposed to be asthmatic.
