Disney's "The Game Plan" has quickly become my favorite movie. It features some of the best face acting, and who can resist a smile (or a tear) when Madison Pettis is on screen?

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the first game we see Joe stiff-arm a defender and spin around him for the score. The announcers have a name for this. What do they call it?

Answer: The Kingman Swing

He must do this a lot, considering the announcers manage to find a suitable name for the move. It seems as though Joe trusts his legs more than his arm, or his legs more than his receivers.
2. After the first game we see, what is the occasion for Joe's party?

Answer: New Year's Eve

Joe says "Happy New Year" quite a few times, not only during the party, but the next day as well. He wishes Peyton a Happy New Year when he goes to write her an autograph. New Year's Eve falls around the start of the NFL playoffs.
3. When Joe first sees Peyton at his door, he figures she is selling Girl Scout cookies. Joe tells Peyton he doesn't eat Girl Scout cookies. Which kind does he mention?

Answer: Peanut Butter Packets

Assuming she is there to sell Girl Scout cookies, Joe tells Peyton he doesn't get the abs he has eating Peanut Butter Packets. He then tells her to punch him, and she does! Of course, she isn't even there to sell cookies.
4. When Joe is reading the note and birth certificate, what reason does he have for not believing the note?

Answer: Anybody could have written it.

When Joe reads the note from Peyton's mom, Sara, telling him that Peyton is his daughter, he doesn't believe it. Finding his name on Peyton's birth certificate is a bit easier for Joe to believe. It turns out he is correct, anybody could have written the note. In fact Peyton wrote it.
5. Finish the quote: "Tonight's Tuesday, we're gonna carbo-load..."

Answer: 20-20-60 ratio

Joe tells this to Peyton after she says she's hungry. He tells her about Tuesday's meals, which she doesn't understand, so she asks if he has Jell-O. He tells her he doesn't allow simple sugars in his house, after which he makes Peyton a huge plate of spaghetti.

She is unable to finish, and the whole thing goes to Spike. Spaghetti is a good way to load up on carbohydrates as noodles are almost nothing but carbohydrates.
6. Which character is NOT included in Joe's bedtime story?

Answer: Little Red Riding Hood

He mixes together all of the stories, and somehow has "the Big Bad Wolf blow down the Grammy's (Red's Grandma) house and eat the Goldilocks." Joe isn't the best story teller. Peyton mentions that a bed time story is supposed to make you feel peaceful and does a great job with her story, causing Joe to fall asleep on the couch.
7. Joe takes off from his restaurant opening without Peyton. What song is playing in his car that helps him remember her?

Answer: My Girl

While Joe is singing to the song, he notices his helmet in the passenger seat. This almost clues him in, but it doesn't do the trick. Eventually, singing the words "My Girl" long enough helps him to remember Peyton.
8. What is Peyton's short-lived nanny's name?

Answer: Cindy

Joe mentions her name just after Peyton convinces Stella to fire her, and just before she gets fired. Peyton wants to spend time with her father, not with a nanny. Besides, Cindy gets a bit scary when showing her excitement at being picked by Joe to be the nanny. Blondie is what Stella calls her when Joe picks her, Edna is the British nanny that Stella thinks Joe meant, and Camille is Peyton's doll.
9. What is the name of the ballet school Peyton goes to?

Answer: School of the Boston Ballet

Peyton makes it into the school on pure talent. She missed the auditions by a month, but the teacher decides to see how she does in the class. Peyton does very well and makes it into the school.
10. What is the name of Joe's masseur?

Answer: Bo

After Joe leaves Peyton at the school for over two hours, Monique brings Peyton to him. Joe is getting a massage and when it is interrupted by Monique and Peyton, Joe thanks the masseur by name.
