1. When does Cody promise to be home at the beginning of the movie?

After trying to sneak out of the house unsuccessfully, Cody's mom yells to him "Be home for supper" to which Cody replies "No worries, mom!". Little does Cody know that helping a small field mouse will result in his kidnapping.

2. Whom does Cody rescue from the poacher's trap on top of the cliff?

Answer: Marahute

Marahute is the great golden eagle. Upon cutting Marahute free, Cody is accidentally flung from the cliff! But his new friend rushes down to save him and takes him on a short flying adventure. Faloo is the kangaroo who calls for Cody, and Nelson is a porcupine that Cody wakes up on his way to Faloo. Jake joins the rescuers in rescuing Cody and is a kangaroo rat.

3. What city does the mouse's message eventually end up in?

Answer: New York City

While the message passes many other cities, it ultimately ends up in New York City, where the Rescue Aid Society resides. After their success in rescuing Penny, Bernard and Bianca are quickly chosen to rescue Cody.

Answer: The runway isn't long enough.

Jake is playing checkers until he gets a call from Wilbur. After looking at his size chart to see that Wilbur is an albatross, he tells Wilbur to leave, as the runway isn't long enough. After some makeshift runway extenders are placed, Wilbur is able to land, but unfortunately, damages his back in the process. This forces Wilbur into the makeshift hospital from Hell.

Joanna, a Goanna lizard, seems to enjoy eggs the most as a snack. A real Goanna lizard will eat smaller lizards and their eggs as well. When McLeach tries to eat eggs as a snack, Joanna manages to steal all of them for a personal snack.

Epidermis means skin, and a chain saw certainly would disrupt skin tissue if it made contact. Needless to say, Wilbur tries to flee the scene, only to fall on the doctor, resulting in a cured back at long last! However, the doctor gets his back hurt instead!

McLeach's plan works perfectly, by pretending that the eggs may be in harm's way, Cody immediately goes to check on the eggs. Cody, however, does not know that the mother eagle is still fine and he leads McLeach right to the eagle's nest, and the eagle.

8. How does Bernard cross the enormous desert to get to McLeach's truck?

Answer: On a razorback

Wilbur is busy watching the eagle's eggs. When the razorback jumps out of McLeach's truck, McLeach asks Joanna "Did you know there was a razorback in my truck?". Joanna shakes her head yes, then no, and McLeach yells at her to do her job. A razorback looks similar to a wild boar.

McLeach ties Cody to a rope and dips him in and out of the crocodile infested river. Bernard arrives just in time to help Cody by turning off the power to the vehicle. Bernard then gives the keys to Bianca and Jake Bernard distracts Joanna and she ends up knocking herself and McLeach into the river!
