1. I ran a successful magazine. Who played me?

Answer: Meryl Streep

Streep, born on June 22nd, 1949 in Summit, New Jersey was cast as Miranda Priestly. Miranda was the Editor in Chief of "Runaway", a fashion magazine headquartered in New York City. She had a reputation of being a ruthless, cold boss who had little tolerance for mistakes.

When she was first seen, she exited her vehicle and took the elevator up to the "Runway" office and spoke to one of her assistants, Emily. She rattled off to Emily a list of things she wanted to have done and then noticed Andy Sachs.

She asked Andy what she was doing there and Andy said she inquired about a job. Miranda hired Andy even though she did not think highly of her. In one scene, Andy noticed Miranda conversing with a couple of others about clothing items and she offered her input on them but Miranda did not take it seriously.

There was one scene when Miranda asked Andy to get her a special edition of the latest "Harry Potter" novel for her twin children and Andy told her she would do her best to retrieve it. At the end of the movie, Miranda entered a car and told the driver to start driving since he sat on the street for a while. Later on in the film, Miranda spoke about someone becoming the new president of a major company called James Holt International and she hinted that someone would be Nigel.

Hathaway had roles in the movies, "Brokeback Mountain", "The Princess Diaries" and "Alice in Wonderland" (2010).
