The Bee Gees included brothers Barry, Maurice, and Robin Gibb. The group was known for its vocal harmonizing. They scored a number of hits including "Massachusetts" (1967), "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" (1972), "You Win Again" (1987), and "Night Fever" (1977) which went to number one in several countries. The Bee Gees wrote nearly all of their own songs.
2. The Browns

Answer: The Three Bells

The Browns consisted of brother Jim Brown and sisters Maxine and Bonnie Brown. Active in the 1950s and 1960s, their biggest hit was 1959's "The Three Bells", which reached Number One on the US Billboard Hot 100 and Country charts. The song was a Grammy nominee for that year.

The group appeared on several popular television programs of the day including "The Ed Sullivan Show" and "American Bandstand".
3. The Corrs

Originating in Ireland, the group consists of sisters Andrea, Sharon, and Caroline Corr and their brother Jim. The members of the group are all multi-instrumentalists and what they play includes some instruments not as often heard in popular music including the ukulele and bodhran (frame drum).

4. The DeFranco Family

Originating in Port Colborne, Ontario, the DeFranco Family consisted of five siblings: sisters Marisa and Marina, and brothers Benny, Nino, and Tony. During their heyday in the mid-1970s, the group appeared on several television programs and were popular in the teen magazines.

Their biggest hit, from 1973, was "Heartbeat--Its a Lovebeat", which reached Number Three in both the US and Canada.
5. Hanson

The group Hanson included three brothers--Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson. Perhaps their biggest hit was "MMMBop" which reached number one in several nations during 1997. Their 1997 album "Middle of Nowhere" would receive three Grammy nominations. In 2013, the group would release a beer called "MMMHops". Other songs by the group include "I Will Come to You" (1997) and "If Only" (2000).
6. The Jackson 5

The Jackson 5 (later called the Jacksons) of Gary, Indiana included brothers Jermaine, Jackie, Tito, Marlon, Michael, and Randy Jackson (at different times). Hits by the Jacksons include "I Want You Back" (1969), "ABC" (1970), "Never Can Say Goodbye" (1971), and "Dancing Machine" (1975). 7. The Jonas Brothers

8. The Osmonds

From Ogden, Utah, the Osmonds at different times have included brothers Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay, Donny, and Jimmy Osmond. Beginning as a barbershop quartet, they later shifted to a pop/rock band. Hits by the band included "One Bad Apple" (1970), "Down by the Lazy River" (1972), and "Love Me For a Reason" (1974). Like the Jackson 5, the Osmonds also had a popular animated series in the early 1970s.
9. The Pointer Sisters

The Pointer Sisters included sisters June, Bonnie, Anita, and Ruth Pointer. While their earliest exposure was to gospel music, the Pointer Sisters recorded songs from a wide array of musical styles. Hit songs for the group include "Fire" (1979), "Slow Hand" (1981) and "Jump (For My Love)" (1984).

The Pointer Sisters also contributed the music for the "Pinball Number County" animated short that appears in the US version of "Sesame Street".
10. Sly and the Family Stone

Sly and the Family Stone included brothers Sly and Freddie Stone and sisters Rose and Vet Stone in its line-up. Hits by the group include "Dance to the Music" (1967), "Everyday People" (1968), and "Family Affair" (1971). Besides being part of the title of this quiz, "Family Affair" would reach number one in both the US and Canada, win a Grammy, and be ranked the 139th best song of all time by "Rolling Stone" magazine.
