6. What is the name of Jackson's solo debut album?

Answer: Jackson Browne

Jackson's first album is simply titled "Jackson Browne" but many people think the title is "Saturate Before Using" because of the photograph of Jackson with the caption "Saturate Before Using". The album was released in 1972 and produced the Top 10 single "Doctor My Eyes".

Answer: Late for the Sky

"Before the Deluge" can be found on the album "Late for the Sky". It was released in 1974 and is considered by many Jackson Browne fans to be his best album even though it did not create any hit singles. I highly recommend reading the lyrics to "Before the Deluge", in my opinion it is one the best songs ever written. The song starts out with the following lyrics:
"Some of them were dreamers
And some of them were fools
Who were making plans and thinking of the future
With the energy of the innocent
They were gathering the tools
They would need to make their journey back to nature
While the sand slipped through the opening
And their hands reached for the golden ring
With their hearts they turned to each other's heart for refuge
In the troubled years that came before the deluge. "
12. What magazine did Jackson and his son Ethan appear on the cover of together?

Answer: Rolling Stone

Jackson and six month old Ethan made the cover of "Rolling Stone" in May of 1974. Famous photograper Annie Leibovitz took the photograph.
