The name of the second album by October Noir, released on 1st of October, 2019, is "Thirteen". The name is taken from 13 Clans of Vampires featured in the tabletop role-playing game "Vampire: The Masquerade" that Tom Noir used to play when he was a kid.

The album cover shows the arched entryway to the cemetery underneath the orange-colored moon and the tombstone is seen behind the fence on the right. "Tombstones" is the title of the first track of "Thirteen".

Wow, there are birds in the song! The idea for incorporating birds in "The Veil" is not from the singer and writer Tom Noir, but session musician Nate Gradowski of his musical project Theory Exx. "The Veil" is about dead people coming back to life to visit their family on Halloween then going back to the graves once it is over.

"Her Dark Embrace" is essentially a cover of "Haunted" by Type O Negative. There are human choirs in the end of this song that segues to the next track "Cauterize".
