"Do It To It" was released on March 21st, 2006 by the R&B group named Cherish. The group consists of four sisters that lived in South Carolina. "Do It To It" was the biggest hit in New Zealand when it hit the number three spot on their music board just a couple months after its release date.

Interesting Fact: Two of the members of Cherish are twin sisters.

Corinne Bailey Rae, a native of Leeds, co-wrote this song which was released on February 20, 2006. This soul song that was released on Corinne Bailey Rae's self-titled album, had its music video set in South Africa. Also, this song was nominated for "Song of the Year" in the 2007 Grammy Awards and was sung on "American Idol" by Season 6 finalist named Antonella Barba. "Put Your Records On" was most popular in Corinne Bailey Rae's home country when it got the number 2 spot on the UK charts.

Joss Stone released the song "Tell Me 'Bout It" on her 2007 album called "Introducing Joss Stone". This song includes some R&B, some Hip Hop and even some Soul aspects all mixed together into one chart topping song. This song, that she co-wrote, was very popular in the Netherlands Antilles by becoming the number one spot on that music board.
