Answer: London

Slash was born in London in Hampsted and then moved to Stoke on Trent. Lemmy from Motorhead hails from Stoke too.

2. What was his birth name?

Answer: Saul Hudson

William Bailey was Axl's birth name, the other two are just made up.

3. When was Slash born?

Answer: 1965

Slash was born in 1965, that's all I can say. Stoke is the home of the toilet. Slash got his first guitar from his grandmother, and it only had one string.

4. What was the name of Slash's solo project with Eric Dover, from the band Jellyfish?

Answer: Slash's Snakepit

Slash wanted to call the band Snakepit. Geffen wanted to maximise sales and said that Slash should put his name in the band's moniker. Slash once auditioned for Poison, but he didn't get the job...obviously.

5. When in Guns and Roses, who was Slash's co guitar player, from the "Appetite for Destruction" line up?

Answer: Izzy Stradlin

Izzy came from Indiana, like Axl, and told journalists to write "Indiana Sucks!" in every interview.

I didn't make it, I can't even play. Slash has recently released a signature guitar, which has scratches from his belt that can also be found on the original guitar.
