Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What song on Stevie's first solo album did the following lyrics come from? "Sometimes to be near you Is to be unable to hear you..."

Answer: Edge of Seventeen

According to Stevie on her edition of "VH1 Storytellers," this song was written about John Lennon and her uncle, both of which had died. She also claimers that the phrase "Edge of Seventeen" came from Tom Petty's former wife, Jane. They were having a discussion and Jane said, "Age of seventeen," but with her Southern accent it sounded more like "Edge of seventeen" to Stevie.
2. From Stevie's first solo album, what song do these lyrics come from? "Heartbreak of the moment is not endless Now your fortune is your life's love..."

Answer: Think About It

This lyric refers to a time when Stevie moved into a tiny room with flowers on the wallpaper, put her bed directly onto the floor, and tacked lace up over the windows as curtains. She has often said that the song represents a time in her life when she needed to get back to a more basic version of herself instead of the "famous" Stevie.
