Country superstars Parton and Rogers had a huge hit with the song written by the Bee Gees. It managed to reach Number One on the Billboard charts.
The Bee Gees recorded a version of the song for their live DVD in 1997, but the 1983 version will always be the definitive one.
7. "Ebony And Ivory"- Paul McCartney

Answer: Stevie Wonder

Paul McCartney wrote the song in 1982 and recorded the studio version separately from Wonder, due to conflicting schedules.
The track is a comment on how harmony can be created if black and white work together, as in the keys of a piano.
It stayed at Number One for seven weeks.
8. "Endless Love"- Diana Ross

Answer: Lionel Richie

Another Billboard Number One, the song was written by Lionel Richie and became a huge hit after being used in Franco Zeffirelli's film of the same name in 1981.
