Lonnie and the guys were from the UK, but they sounded a lot like an American country band. They also had a hit with the hilarious "Does Your Chewing Gum Lose Its Flavo(u)r on the Bedpost Overnight?" The Rock Island Line was a railroad in the midwest. "If ya wanna ride it, gotta ride it like ya find it!"
