It was released on the B-side of "The Jean Genie" on 24 November 1972. It's highest chart position was number 2. "Running Gun Blues" is from "The Man Who Sold The World", 1970.

"Freak out in a moonage daydream, oh yea!". "This is a song written by Ziggy," Bowie told his audience in the early 70's. "Hallo Spaceboy" is from "Outside", 1995.
