Answer: Attempted Murder

At age 16, Wahlberg beat a Vietnamese man with a stick, leaving him unconscious in the street. The same day, he attacked another Vietnamese man, punching him in the eye. Charged with attempted murder, he plead guilty to assault and received a two year sentence in Suffolk County House of Correction but only served 45 days.

In 2001 Ice (Robert Van Winkle) was arrested for assaulting his wife while they drove on the highway. He plead guilty to disorderly conduct. In 2008, Ice's wife called the police to report that the rapper was hitting and kicking her. Domestic battery charges were eventually dropped.
3. Courtney Love

Answer: Felony Assault

Love, a singer, songwriter, performance artist and widow of rocker Kurt Cobain has been in legal trouble several times. In 2004 she was charged with assaulting an acquaintance with a whiskey bottle and a flashlight. In a plea bargain, Love was found guilty of simple assault and agreed to anger management counseling, random drug testing and three years' probation.
4. Jared Fogle

Answer: Child Pornography

Fogle was the longtime commercial spokesperson for Subway Restaurants. Following a lengthy investigation, he was charged with several federal counts of possessing child pornography and sex acts with a minor. In 2015 Fogle was sentenced to more than 15 years in prison, a large fine, and $1.4 million restitution to his victims.

In 1949 the 15 year old Brown was convicted of stealing clothing. Sentenced to two to four years, he served three at Georgia's Boys' Industrial Training Institute. During his life, "The Godfather of Soul" had other scrapes with the law including domestic violence charges and drug and weapons violations.

In 2010, then 79 year-old Torn was arrested while attempting to break into a bank near his home. Charges against "Agent Zed" included first and second degree burglary, firearms violations and malicious mischief. Claiming he thought the bank was actually his house, Torn was evaluated for substance abuse.

He eventually plead guilty to several lesser charges and received a suspended sentence and several years' probation.
7. Tonya Harding

Answer: Conspiracy To Hinder Prosecution

In 1994 figure skater Nancy Kerrigan was injured by an attacker while preparing for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships. The attack was a conspiracy perpetrated by the husband and associates of Tonya Harding, Kerrigan's competitor on the ice. Weeks later, after both women had competed as members of the US Olympic Team, Harding, in a surprise move, plead guilty to charges of hindering the prosecution.

She still maintains she had no part in the plot against Kerrigan, but the men involved in the attack all testified that she was involved. Harding received probation and a fine and was banned from participating in competitive figure skating for life.
8. Mike Tyson

Answer: Rape

In July, 1991, heavyweight fighter Tyson was charged with raping Miss Black Rhode Island, Desiree Washington. The jury found him guilty and Tyson was sentenced to six years in prison plus four years' probation. He was released on parole after serving a little less than three years.
9. Donte Stallworth

Answer: DUI Manslaughter

Stallworth had a successful career as an NFL wide receiver. In 2009 while driving in Miami, his car struck and killed a pedestrian. His blood alcohol count was well above the legal limit and he may have had marijuana in his system. Charged with DUI Manslaughter, Stallworth plead guilty and spent 30 days in the county jail, served community service, and 8 years' probation.

His Florida drivers license was suspended for life.
10. Peter Robbins

Answer: Attempted Murder For Hire

Robbins had been a child actor who had a guest role in "The Munsters" in 1964 but is best known as the voice of Charlie Brown in "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas". In 2013 Robbins was found guilty of threatening his former girlfriend and her plastic surgeon.

He later violated conditions of his probation. In 2015, Robbins admitted to paying someone to murder the San Diego County Sheriff and threatening the manager of a mobile home park. He was sentenced to four years and eight months and began serving his sentence at the California Institution for Men in Chino.
