Answer: Moses

Taken from Exodus 6.30 which was preceded by the 'Family Record of Moses and Aaron'. Moses and Aaron were the ones who were chosen by God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. In response to Moses' weakness, God replied:

"I am going to make you like God to the king of Egypt, and your brother Aaron will speak to him as your prophet."

Following God's command to Moses and Aaron saw the devastation of the Ten Plagues of Egypt.

Exodus 20.1-17 discuss The Ten Commandments set forth by God. This quote is the fifth of The Ten Commandments. The Ten Commandments in order according to the Good News Bible are as follows:

A glorious passage taken from Exodus 15.21. This song was sung by Miriam as a victory song when the Israelites crossed through the sea on dry ground. When the Egyptians had arrived to follow and attack the Israelites, the Lord covered the sea with water to prevent them from attacking the Israelites allowing the Israelites to be victorious in their struggle against Egypt.

This was one of the furnishings that was required for the Sacred Tent and was quoted in Exodus 25.31. Other furnishings that made up the Lord's Sacred Tent included a Covenant Box, Bread Offering Table, and an Altar.

Moses was speaking to the Israelites to give them the news on who the Lord has chosen to be the architect for the Sacred Tent in Exodus 35.30. Bezalel was given the gift of skill and ability to plan and design the Sacred Tent. Bezalel was given an assistant named Oholiab who also had the ability to teach their crafts to all others.
