1. David, Moses, Asaph. What do these Old Testament men have in common?

Answer: Authors of Psalms

David wrote seventy-three Psalms including number 23, probably the best known. Asaph wrote Psalms 50 and 73-83. Moses wrote Psalm 90. Some of the authors are unknown, although Ezra is thought to have written some of them.
2. Simeon, Issachar, Dinah. How are these three related?

Answer: Children of Jacob

You'll find all the names of the children of Jacob in Genesis 34:1 and Genesis 35:22-27
3. Elon, Ehud, Eli. Sure they all begin with "E", but is there something else in common?

Answer: Judges

You can read the story of Ehud in Judges 3:15-30. The story of Elon is in Judges 12. Eli is generally thought of as a priest, however I Samuel 4:15, 18 (which tells of the death of Eli) ends with the sentence, "...And he had judged Israel forty years."
4. Adam, Babe, Light. How are these the same?

Answer: Names of Christ

I Corinthians 15:45-47 refers to Christ as the last Adam; Luke 2:16 calls Christ the Babe; John 1:9 calls Christ the Light.
5. Hagar, Mary mother of Jesus, Manoah's wife. What do these three Bible women have in common?

Answer: All had sons predicted by an angel

An angel appeared to Hagar and predicted the birth of her son Ishmael (Gen 16:11). An angel appeared to Manoah's wife and predicted the birth of Samson (Judges 13:2-7). An angel appeared to Mary and predicted the birth of Jesus (Luke 1:26-38).
6. Paul, Philip, Thomas. What is the same about these three New Testament men?

Answer: Apostles

Philip and Thomas were called in Matthew 10:3. Paul referred to himself as an Apostle in 2 Corinthians 1:1. By the way, Paul was a tent-maker; Thomas doubted the resurrection, and Philip preached to a eunuch.
7. Faith, Wisdom, Knowledge. Hmmm...wonder how these relate to each other?

Answer: Spiritual gifts

These are three among several spiritual gifts. You'll find references to these gifts in I Corinthians 12:8,9. There are other spiritual gifts as well, but not the same type as listed in I Corinthians 12. A couple of them are: Rest (Hebrews 4:1,9), Eternal Life (John 10:28). You will find a further reference to Wisdom in James 1:5.
8. Sardius, Topaz, Carbuncle. What is the connection among these three jewels?

Answer: Breastplate jewels

These were three of twelve jewels in the breastplate of the High Priest. (Exodus 28:17)
9. Owl, Hare, Eagle. What do these three animals have in common?

Answer: Animals the Israelites could never eat

Leviticus 11 lists several animals that the Israelites were not allowed to eat.
10. Hezekiah, Josiah, Rehoboam. Back to the Old Testament, how are these three men the same?

Answer: Kings

All were kings of the southern kingdom. You can read about Rehoboam in 1 Kings 12:21-24, Hezekiah in 2 Kings 18:1-20, and Josiah in 2 Kings 22: 1-23.
