The loaves and fishes are in reference to St Philip's presence at the Feeding of the Five Thousand (John 6:4-14). It was Philip who said they did not have enough money to buy food for everyone, and Andrew who informed Jesus that there was a boy in the crowd who had five loaves and two fish.

Answer: Martin of Tours

Following a career as a soldier, St Martin became Bishop of Tours in 371 CE.
