Answer: Ashley Giles and John Crawley

John Crawley injured his hip from a Brad William's delivery in the match against Australia A in Hobart and Ashley Giles broke his wrist in batting practice two days before the Test. Gough and Flintoff came to Australia with injuries (Gough was sent home before the First test) and Chris Silverwood was sent out to replace the injured Simon Jones.

Answer: Nasser Hussain

Nasser Hussain was caught behind off Shane warne for 47. Michael Vaughan top scored with an impressive 177 (even if he was caught out on 19). Trescothick scored 35, Stewart 22 (after a pair in the first test)and Extras 15.

Answer: Jason Gillespie

Jason Gillespie had Matthew Hoggard caught by Gilchrist for 6 before lunch on day two.
