The Colts drafted Milne, though he never played there. He was picked up by the Bengals after being released by Indianapolis, and by his second year with the Bengals he had worked his way into the starting fullback role.
2. Brian set Pennsylvania state records in two sports in high school. What were they?

Milne led the way for Ki-jana Carter both at Penn State and with the Cincinnati Bengals. Jon Witman played fullback with him during the same tenure at Penn State, but they have never played together in the NFL.
4. Brian Milne missed his entire Senior season of high school football. Why was this?

Answer: Hodgkin's Disease

Brian was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease and missed his entire Senior season to undergo treatment. However, Brian fought and won against this terrible disease. Despite missing his Senior season (something that generally spells doom to college hopefuls), Brian was offered a football scholarship to Penn State, with the encouragement of coach Joe Paterno to worry about getting better first.
5. What year did Milne win a gold medal at the World Junior Track Championships?

Answer: 1992

He claimed a gold medal in discus at the 1992 games in Seoul, South Korea. His promising run for Olympic gold was hampered by emergency surgery shortly before his qualifying attempt and he did not make the team.

7. Despite several rushing TD's with the Bengals, Milne had to wait until the 2000 campaign with the Saints to get his first receiving TD. What team was this against?

8. Brian Milne played just a portion of a season with one NFL team. What was that team?

Answer: Seattle Seahawks

In 1999, the Cincinnati Bengals released Milne in a move that bewildered and angered his Cincinnati teammates. (Hard to imagine the Bengals making unpopular management decisions, isn't it?) Milne managed to latch on in Seattle for the remainder of the year as a special teams contributor. He signed on with the Saints in 2000.
9. What number does Brian Milne wear with the Saints?

Answer: 40

He wears the number 40. He wore the number 44 with the Bengals.
