Answer: Clydebank

One of Glasgow Rangers' most favoured and gifted players, the supremely talented winger signed from Clydebank in June 1977 after starring for the 'Bankies' in three League Cup ties against Rangers the previous season. He passed away on 23rd March 1995 following a brain haemorrhage the day before.

The tragic news that Davie Cooper had passed away tore a hole in the hearts of tens of thousands, and not just followers of the Rangers.

The players were: Mick Channon, Alan Ball, Kevin Keegan, Mick Mills, Peter Shilton and Dave Watson.

Answer: Celtic

In their first appearance in the final of the European Cup, Celtic won the cup on 25th May 1967 in Lisbon, beating Inter Millan 2-1. The goals came from: Celtic - Gemmel (63) Chalmers (85), Inter - Mazzola (8) Pen. The team, now known as the Lisbon Lions, completed the domestic treble, a feat emulated some 30 odd years later, when Manchester United won the European Cup, and the domestic double, in 1999. ManU were the second British side to win the European Cup, when they won it the year after Celtic (it was also ManU's first appearnce in the EC Final).
