Carbohydrates such as pasta, are great to eat the night before a race. They provide great energy for your run.
3. What term is known as "Race Pace"?

Answer: The pace that you are most comfortable running at for the whole race.

A race pace is the speed you run the cross country race, or any race. It is different for everyone.
4. It is best to sprint as hard as you can for the entire race.

Answer: False

You should not sprint the whole race in Cross Country. You should find your race pace and settle into it. A race pace should be as fast as you can run the whole course, not a dead sprint. In a sprint, you won't make it the whole race.
