Ayrton Senna was one of the best drivers ever. His death was tragic. In fact the whole weekend was tragic. Roland Ratzenberger died in qualifying and Rubens Barichello suffered a near-fatal crash in practice. Ayrton Senna was driving for Williams when he died in 1994.

Answer: Hungaroring, Budapest, Hungary

Hill was winning but damaged his gearbox with two laps left. He was overtaken in the dying seconds by Jacques Villeneuve (who would go on to be world champion) resulting in Hill coming second. It was the highest scoring grand prix for Arrows of the 1997 season.
