The Titans lasted all the way to Week 12 with a 10-0 record. In Week 12, they met Brett Favre and the New Jets, who put the Titans in their place 34-13. By the end of Week 12, the Giants were also 10-1 but lost in Week 6 to the Browns, 35-14.

Answer: Frank Gifford

Both Allen and Byars threw six touchdowns in their careers, and Harper didn't throw any. Gifford was a halfback and flanker for 12 seasons with the New York Giants from 1952-1964. In addition to rushing for 34 touchdowns, receiving another 43, Frank threw 14 touchdown passes of his own. Gifford was a 1977 Hall of Fame inductee.

In 1942, the Lions went a miserable 0-11 in the season. They were shutout in the season five times, including a 42-0 blowout against the Bears. In those 11 games, the Lions had only five touchdowns in the season offensively. They also threw 33 interceptions. The team's leading rusher was Mickey Sanzotta, who rushed for only 268 yards for the season.

Answer: Denver Broncos

In Super Bowl XXIV, 49er quarterback Joe Montana threw five touchdown passes, three of which were pulled in by Jerry Rice. Brent Jones and John Taylor caught the other two. Tom Rathman ran for two touchdowns while Roger Craig had one. San Francisco had the Broncos where they wanted them by halftime, 27-3.

Answer: Cleveland Browns

The Browns were a part of the AAFC from 1946-1949 before becoming a part of the NFL. In midseason 1947, the streak began until October 1949. Sandwiched in-between was their 14-0 perfect season in 1948.

The Titans' Rob Bironas booted the big one against the Colts in Week 13. The Titans would win that game 20-17.

Answer: Lenny Moore

Moore was a career Baltimore Colt from 1956-1967. He was a halfback/flanker by trade, and made them both count. Four times he led the league in rushing yardage per average, and rushed for 63 touchdowns. From the air, Lenny averaged 16.6 yards per catch during his entire career, while hauling in 363 passes along with 48 of those for a touchdown.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1975. Nowitzki was a NBA great, and Wallace was a 1953 MLB Hall of Fame inductee. Holman was a Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Hall of Fame inductee.

Answer: New York Jets

In Week 13 of the season, the Jets defeated the Dolphins 38-34. While the Dolphins and Dan Marino threw for 353 yards with five touchdowns, the Jets, behind the arms of Pat Ryan and Ken O'Brien threw for 433 yards with four touchdowns. The game-winner was an 18-yard pass from O'Brien to Wesley Walker.

Harold Edward Grange played in eight seasons. In seven of those he played on both offense and defense as a Chicago Bear, and one season as a New York Yankee. A halfback by trade, he scored 21 rushing touchdowns, caught 10 from the air, and also threw another 10. He was inducted into the hall in 1963.

Answer: Jerry Rice

Rice caught 22 TD passes during the 1987 season, in front of the arms of Joe Montana and Steve Young. Rice set that record while breaking the record of 18 set by Mark Clayton of the Dolphins in 1984. Clayton's touchdowns were compliments of quarterback Dan Marino.
