Answer: Joe Perry

Joe "The Jet" Perry played for the 49ers from 1950-1960, 1963. He rushed for a total of 7,344 yards for the team. Hearst had the team's best single season total with 1,570 yards in 1998, breaking Craig's 10 year old record of 1,502.
2. Running back Roger Craig played for the 49ers from 1983-1990. What team did he sign with just prior to the 1991 season?

Answer: Los Angeles Raiders

Craig signed with the Raiders on April Fools Day 1991. He played there for one year, and then played 1992 and 1993 with the Vikings before retiring.

Answer: Most touchdowns on pass receptions in one season

Rice caught 22 TD passes in 1987. This was one of the most incredible sports records of all-time considering he played in only 12 games due to a players strike. He broke the record of 18 held by Mark Clayton of the 1984 Miami Dolphins. Clayton's record year was a full 16 games.

More than one third of Rice's receptions that year were for TD's. He added 1 rushing TD for a total of 23, tying him with O.J. Simpson for third most total TD's in one season in the 20th century.
