1. Baltimore Stallions

Answer: 83rd Grey Cup (1995)

Though only playing for two seasons (1994 and 1995), the Baltimore Stallions were the first non-Canadian team to win the Grey Cup. They team was highly successful, with a 27-9 run plus an appearance in the 1994 Grey Cup. The demise of the team was largely due to the return of the NFL to Baltimore in 1996 (in the form of the Ravens).
2. Hamilton Alerts

Answer: 4th Grey Cup (1912)

In its short run (1911-1913), the Hamilton Alerts played in the Ontario Rugby Football Union. Though the team won the 1912 Grey Cup, they were suspended by the Union due to irregularities during the regular season. When the team folded, several of its players would join the new Hamilton Tigers. The team's colors were garnet and gray.
3. Hamilton Flying Wildcats

Answer: 31st Grey Cup (1943)

The Hamilton Wildcats existed from 1941 to 1950. The team was known as the Flying Wildcats in 1943 and 1944 when it included several members of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The team won the 1943 Grey Cup and also played in the 1944 edition. The Wildcats and the Tigers merged in 1950 to become the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
4. Hamilton Tigers

Answer: 20th Grey Cup (1932)

The Hamilton Tigers had a long run (1869-1950), playing at different times in Ontario Rugby Football Union and the Interprovincial Rugby Football Union. The team won five Grey Cups, with its first win in 1913 and its last coming in 1932. The team also won two Canadian Dominion Football Championships before the Grey Cup was first awarded in 1909.
5. Montreal AAA Winged Wheelers

Answer: 19th Grey Cup (1931)

The Winged Wheelers played in first the Quebec Rugby Football Union and then the Interprovincial Rugby Football Union from 1872 until 1935 when it folded. The team won the 1931 Grey Cup, which was a standout season for a team which went 38-62-3 over its run in the IRFU (1919 to 1935). The team's colors were blue and gray.
6. Ottawa Rough Riders

Answer: 64th Grey Cup (1976)

The Rough Riders existed for 120 years (1876-1996), at different times a member of the Ontario Rugby Football League, Quebec Rugby Football League, and Interprovincial Rugby Football Union (the last a predecessor to the Canadian Football League). The team won nine Grey Cups between 1925 and 1976. The teams colors were red, white, and black.
7. St. Hyacinthe-Donnacona Navy

Answer: 32nd Grey Cup (1944)

Playing in the Quebec Rugby Football Union in 1943 and 1944, the team was named for the HMCS St. Hyacinthe and HMCS Donnacona. The team won the 1944 Grey Cup, defeating the Hamilton Wildcats, 7-6. The team colors were navy blue and white (founded 1943).

They were the last amateur team to win the Grey Cup. Amateur teams ceased entering the Grey Cup in 1954 (the CFL were formed in 1958).
8. Sarnia Imperials

Answer: 24th Grey Cup (1936)

The Imperials played for nearly 30 years (1928-1955) in the Ontario Rugby Football Union. They were a dominant team in the mid-1930s, winning two Grey Cups (1934 and 1936) and playing in a third (1933). The teams colors were red, blue, gold, and white.
9. Toronto Balmy Beach Beachers

Answer: 18th Grey Cup (1930)

The Balmy Beach Beachers played in the Ontario Rugby Football Union for nearly thirty years (1924-1957). The team would win the Grey Cup in 1927 and 1930 (and played in two other finals games, 1924 and 1940). The team folded in 1957 after a disastrous 0-12 season where it was outscored by over 500 points (35-570).
10. Toronto RCAF Hurricanes

Answer: 30th Grey Cup (1942)

Like the abbreviation indicated, many of the members of the Hurricanes were part of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The team was formed to play in the Ontario Rugby Football Union at a time when several teams had disbanded during World War Two. Playing for two seasons, 1942 and 1943, the Hurricanes won the Grey cup during their first year.
