The 2001 champions Glen Mills Bulls won the title for the 4th consecutive year, beating Media Mantarays 26-16 in the Championship Final on August 4th, 2001. The other 2 teams in the 2001 competition were New Jersey Sharks and Philadelphia Fight. A 5th team the New York Knights was added to the comp after the season ended.
