Roman Gabriel threw for 24 touchdowns in 1969 earning him MVP honors while playing for the Rams. He then threw for a league leading 23 in 1973 for the Eagles.
2. Which quarterback was a teammate of Johnny Unitas in Unitas' final NFL season?

Answer: Dan Fouts

Dan Fouts led the Chargers to two AFC championship games and became the third quarterback in NFL history to throw for 40,000 yards. Fouts and Unitas were teammates in 1973.

Archie Manning was said to be "a franchise player without a franchise". Between 1971 and 1984 he played for the Saints, Oilers, and Vikings, none of which finished with higher than a .500 record. Those three teams had a combined record of 63-162-3 with Manning under center.

It was Manning's misfortune to spend his entire NFL career on awful teams, it wasn't until his ninth season that one of his teammates made a Pro Bowl.
10. This quarterback's first NFL coach was Hall of Famer Norm Van Brocklin. His last NFL coach was Hall of Famer Bud Grant. Who was he?

Answer: Fran Tarkenton

Fran Tarkenton started his career playing for the Minnesota Vikings from 1961 to 1966. He was the traded to the New York Giants and played with them from 1967 to 1971 only to be traded back to the Vikings in 1972 where he played until 1978. He led the Vikings to three Super Bowl appearances but Tarkenton and the Vikings were unsuccessful each time.
