The first time his team was defeated was in four games in the 1998-99 season, the second was in five games in the 1999-00 season, the third was in six games in the 2000-01 season, and the final time was also in six games in the 2002-03 season.

The last playoff game he ever played was a 5-2 losing effort for Colorado against the San Jose Sharks. He replaced David Aebischer for the last 27 minutes of that game stopping seven shots and gaining two minutes in penalties.
