It happened at November 4, 1973, in front of 74,770 people at Tulane Stadium. The final score was 13-0.
2. What was the outcome of the final game that the Saints played in Tulane Stadium?

Answer: 14-0 Saints win

On December 8, 1974, the Saints shutout the St. Louis Cardinals. Alvin Maxson set then club records with a 66-yard rushing touchdown, and 148 rushing yard game. Also in this game, Saints punter Tom Blanchard had 8 punts for 338 yards.
3. What was the Saints all-time record at Tulane Stadium?

Answer: 23-32-1

Tulane Stadium was demolished in 1980. It held the first ever Sugar Bowl in 1934 between the Tulane Green Wave and the Temple Owls, with Tulane winning 20-14. The trophy awarded to the winner, an antique silver wine cooler, was made in London in 1830 during the King George IV era.

In 1969, Archie Manning and Ole Miss lost to Alabama 33-32. Despite the loss, Manning threw for 540 yards and 3 touchdowns, and rushed for 104 yards.
