Answer: Birmingham, England

The last Cup Winners' Cup Final, which took place in 1999, was held at Villa Park, Birmingham. Florence hosted the first Cup Winners' Cup, Stockholm hosted it in 1998, and Brussels hosted it on three occasions.

Answer: Biman Bangladesh Airlines

The first season of the league was 2000/01 which was one by Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Chittagong won it in the 2003/04 season, Khulan in 2002/03, and Sylhet in 2001/02.
