Answer: Dave Bing

Basketball Hall of Famer Dave Bing averaged an amazing 24.7 ppg during his time on the Hill in Syracuse, although in those days the Orange didn't play their games in the Carrier Dome. Bing scored 28.4 ppg his senior year as Syracuse advanced to its first Final Four in school history. Bing played 12 stellar seasons in the NBA, highlighted by winning Rookie of the Year in 1967 and the scoring title (27.1 ppg) in 1968, before being named one of the NBA's Greatest 50 Players in 1996.

He was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1990.
3. During the 1995-96 season, I shouldered this team by earning Second Team All-American and First Team All-Big East honors. I played a huge part in Syracuse earning the school's third Final Four berth when I knocked out eighth-seeded Georgia in overtime of the Sweet Sixteen with a three-pointer at the buzzer. Who am I?

Answer: John Wallace

John Wallace established, at the time, a new single-season scoring standard during the 1995-96 season by etching 845 points into the books. His three-pointer at the buzzer against Georgia pushed Syracuse on to an Elite Eight battle with Kansas, where the Orange 2-3 zone stunned the top-ranked Jayhawks. Kentucky eventually eliminated Syracuse with a 76-67 win in the National Championship.
4. I played for the Orange from 1991-95 and was best known for three things. One, I graduated as the school's all-time leading scorer. Lastly, I cost my team a game in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against defending champ Arkansas by calling a timeout that we did not have. Who am I?

Answer: Lawrence Moten

Moten graduated Syracuse in 1995 as not only the school's all-time leading scorer, but also as the Big East's top point-maker with 2,334 points. He was drafted by the Vancouver Grizzlies in 1995, but his stay in the NBA lasted just three seasons.

Answer: Billy Owens

Owens left Syracuse after his junior season, when he scored 744 points. In 2003, he became the first former Big East player to be named Big East Coach of the Year, while leading Seton Hall to a Sweet Sixteen season.
