Graeme Hick was born in Rhodesia in 1956 (it became Zimbabwe in 1980). He did actually play for Zimbabwe (1983-1986), but before they gained test status, in 1992. He played for England from 1991 to 2001.

However, at that time, the country was considered a "province" although it was a separate nation, and was allowed to play in the Currie Cup.
