Dave Menne defeated Gil Castillo by unanimous decision in an event that has been rated the worst in UFC history, UFC 33. As for Carlos Newton and Pat Militech, they were both welterweight fighters.
2. Who did Sean Sherk defeat at UFC 64 in 2005 to become only the second UFC Lightweight Champion in UFC history?

Answer: Kenny Florian

As the co-main event of UFC 64, Sean Sherk soundly beat Kenny Florian on his way to a unanimous decision to win the UFC Lightweight Championship. He went on to only defend it once against Hermes Franca.
