A bunch of ladies were on the casino floor having an argument so Danny went over there to diffuse the acrimony. When one of the ladies called another a name, Danny stepped in the way after quickly noticing her pick up a glass of orange juice, thus getting splashed. Danny brushed it off and dried himself off.

Midway through the episode, Mike was in a private room with Ed, the Montecito's lawyer, the woman Mike saved and the woman's lawyer. The woman's lawyer took Mike to task after his pulling her out of the bus' path resulted in an injury rendering her unable to work for a considerable amount of time.
