Troy appeared in the series' first episode for the third season as Reverend Hazlitt. However, this was the sole episode of "Batman" where Troy appeared in a guest starring capacity. His first acting credit was as a butler on the TV show "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C."

Harrower, born on May 28th, 1918 in Alameda, California, portrayed Drusilla in this episode for "Batman". Alfred spoke with Reverend Hazlitt in one scene when The Penguin's cohorts arrived and thought Alfred was a minister. They took him back to The Penguin's hideout so their boss could request that Alfred perform a marriage between him and Barbara. When Alfred went into the room where Barbara was, she started climbing out the window while having Alfred swear to not let them know about her escape.

After The Penguin went back to jail, Commissioner Gordon received a rather unusual phone call from The Riddler back at police headquarters. The Riddler left him a riddle asking how a jet stream resembled a daffodil. The Riddler then hung up the phone.
