It did not take long for a gentleman to inform Butt-head that a woman named Katya would stop by his home and she would be his order in bride.

A representative at the mail in bride service got a call from Katya since she was upset with the man she recently was with through the business. When she screamed that she wanted a divorce, he alerted her to someone available who could be her husband. She asked him to go on and he notified her about Butt-head's residence being close by her present whereabouts.

Midway through the episode, Butt-head heard the doorbell ring so he went to answer it since he believed that his bride was there. He answered the door and Katya introduced herself so she asked for Butt-head. He told her he was Butt-head so then he tried to carry her into the house but she smacked him instead.

The mail in order bride sat down on Butt-head's couch for some time and became irritated with both Beavis and Butt-head. She went over to their phone to place a call to Moscow. The operator on the other end advised her that there would be a modest charge to connect her but she informed him that did not matter.

Midway through the show, Beavis and Butt-head were at school with Katya and Mr. Van Driessen was teaching the class. He introduced Katya to Mr. Van Driessen so he responded back that he felt it was inappropriate for Butt-head to claim she was his spouse. Katya admitted to the audience how much she wanted to get rid of Butt-head, eliciting giggles from classmates.
