Kendall became a waitress several months before she left town in 1995. One of her customers happened to be Cecily Davidson, who was rude to her so Kendall got revenge on her by spilling milk on her. Needless to say, Kendall was not cut out for waitressing and, like her mother, knew she had more potential.

Kendall wrote Erica a note apologizing to her for all the trouble she caused in her life. Right before Kendall and Del took off for Florida, Erica visited Kendall to respond to her letter. Erica told her she knew Mona would love for her to have it. Kendall then left town to be with her adoptive mother in Florida.

Mr. Tanner was a minor character from "AMC" in the mid 1990s and he prosecuted Erica for stabbing Dimitri. Kendall wanted to send Erica to prison so she lied under oath about not telling Erica that she and Dimitri slept together and that she never told Erica about Dimitri raping her. Anton told Kendall she should make things right so that is when Kendall admitted she lied. Erica testified as to how, upon hearing Kendall's accusation of rape against Dimitri, she envisioned Dimitri as Richard Fields, the man who raped her when she was fourteen years old. Erica was acquitted on the grounds that her hallucination was a symptom of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

When Anton came to town, Dimitri recognized who he was and that he was his child through a one night stand with Corvina when he was drunk. Kendall also figured out Anton's paternity and schemed to get him to inherit the Marick fortune (Meanwhile, Anton thought Corvina was his sister). That is when she and Corvina hatched their plan to forge documents to make it look like Corvina and Dimitri were switched at birth so Anton would get this inheritance.

This scheme blew up in Kendall's face and Anton broke up with her.

Donald was a reporter for a tabloid called "The National Intruder" and first came known in 1999 when he badgered Erica to reveal the details surrounding her face being scarred. Kendall provided Bianca with alcohol and Bianca got into an accident. This was when she thought it would be a good idea to tell Donald Steele about what happened with Bianca. Neither Erica nor Bianca were pleased with Kendall.

Michael called Kendall by the nickname of Swamp Girl and even gave her a necklace with those words. Kendall has not been known by any other name, although several "AMC" fans refer to Kendall and Greenlee as "Kenlee." Doll was a nickname that Trevor used for Natalie.

Erica went on trial for killing Frankie Stone so she phoned up Kendall to testify that Erica planned on killing Frankie since Erica was afraid Bianca killed her. Kendall came to the trial and said these words upon seeing her mom. Erica then slapped her.

Throughout this episode and promos, the show featured Christina Aguilera's smash hit "Dirrty." When the women brainstormed ideas on how to start their company and what to name it, they finally came up with the name of Fusion. The first product they marketed was lipstick called Rioja.

Palmer walked in on Kendall and Greenlee cat fighting over Fusion business and threw water on them. This was when Kendall referred to Greenlee as "Cruella DuPres" and Kendall planned on quitting but she came back to work for the company. Shortly after this, Kendall and Greenlee, rather than continuing to be enemies, started to befriend each other.

Mr. Tanner brought Kendall up on charges of perjury from when she lied at Erica's trial for stabbing Dimitri Marick. Kendall was convicted and sentenced to jail. Her cellmate was "Jane Cox" but Kendall realized she was actually Janet Green, the infamous crowbar killer. During the tornado, Janet begged Kendall not to tell Trevor she was really Janet and then debris fell on both of them, pinning Kendall. Janet saved Kendall's life so Kendall kept her secret but it was Harold the dog who exposed Jane as Janet at her wedding to Trevor.
