Answer: Keith Hamilton Cobb

Cobb, born on January 28th, 1962 in Sleepy Hollow, New York was cast as Noah Keefer in July of 1994. He would be in the role for approximately two and a half years. Cobb has also guest starred on the TV shows, "CSI: Miami" and "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air". From 2003 to 2005, he portrayed Damon Porter on the soap opera, "The Young and the Restless".
