Answer: none of these answers

Although Cordelia never meets Tina, it is because of Tina that she bumps into Angel. If Doyle didn't have the vision Angel and Cordelia may never have met again. (Scary thought.)

2. Seth Green, who plays Oz, directed episode three of season one 'In the Dark'.

The episode in fact was directed by Bruce Seth Green.

'Sleep Tight' sees Angel losing his beloved son to his enemy Holtz and Wesley being left for dead. The whole storyline of the prophecy pans out beautifully in this tense episode.
