Diggle doesn't take the news very well and immediately tries to punch Oliver. Oliver dodges him and asks him to relax, and explains to him that he was poisoned by Deadshot's bullet. Oliver also tells him that he, as the Arrow, wants to rid the city of the criminal elite that are poisoning it.

In the same heated discussion, Diggle also refers to Oliver as a criminal. He does not see heroism in anything Oliver has done. Diggle leaves Oliver's Arrow cave and resigns his post as bodyguard soon after.

When questioned as to why he didn't just have both Declans killed, Jason Brodeur tells his associate that Peter Declan was worth more alive than dead because "husband kills wife" is a much better headline than "whistle blower uncovers toxic dumping."

Walter told Moira about the missing money earlier in the episode, at which time she didn't say she knew anything about it. Later, Moira explains to Walter that she had invested the $2.6 million in her friend's start-up venture. Walter seems less than convinced. Moira says she will call accounting and deal with it.

While talking to the Arrow on the rooftops, Laurel asks him why he wears a hood if he believes he is doing the right thing. When the Arrow says he wears the hood to keep his loved ones safe, she remarks that it sounds lonely. He tells her that it can be.

Answer: Blüdhaven

The other three cities are real cities within the "DC Comics" universe; being the home of Batman (Gotham City), Superman (Metropolis), and The Flash (Central City). In the scene, Oliver says that it's either time for Matt to tell him the truth or it's time for the 10:15 to Blüdhaven.

As the train barrels down on them, Matt confesses that Camille did tell him she had discovered the toxic dumping. Matt further explains that Camille gave him a file with all the information she had uncovered, which he hid in his desk.

The Arrow releases the chains just in time for Matt to clear the tracks before the train can take him out.

Answer: Tempest

According to Felicity, Tempest hasn't registered anything with the secretary of state, there are no tax records, and no patent applications were filed. The only thing Felicity discovers was a warehouse that Tempest purchased in Starling City.

Answer: A killer

During the riot, Laurel has to stop the Arrow from beating a man to death. Outside, talking to her father, she tells Detective Lance how the Arrow would have killed that man if she hadn't stopped him. She remarks that she looked into his eyes and she saw no remorse.

Answer: Robert

Walter tries typing in the word Tempest first, then Oliver, then Thea, before trying Robert. Upon entering the warehouse, Walter discovers that Moira was housing the wreckage of the Queen's Gambit.

Answer: It scrapes off little pieces of your soul

Diggle is talking to Oliver when he says this. He has returned to tell Oliver that he will be Oliver's partner, but not his sidekick. He also tells Oliver that he wants to be the one to remind Oliver who he is and not who he is becoming.
