The American Red Cross was founded by Clara Barton. It was nice for the houseguests to briefly put gameplay to the side to give back to those in need.

Initially, Claire's close ally Tiffany was the reigning "Head of Household" (who nominated Sarah Beth and Kyland for eviction).

It all started when Azah and Claire was making dinner and when they were tending to Hannah when she fell. Thank God everyone was okay.

Tiffany was one of the founding members of "The Cookout". She immediately noticed that each of the members of "The Cookout" has an ally not affiliated with the alliance (Tiffany/Claire, Xavier/Christian-Alyssa, Derek F-Azah/Britni, Kyland/Sarah Beth, and Hannah/Derek X). Tiffany came up with the plan is to make it look like that they are playing with each of their "non-Cookout" partners instead of with each other. So that whenever a "Cookout" member is nominated with his or her ally, they know they have the votes to save that member of "The Cookout".

This continued until all the members of "The Cookout" reached the Final 6. When they completed their mission, it was every houseguests for themselves. Tiffany may not have won the game, but she will go down as one of the best "Big Brother" players in history.
